★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 求人に応募したら「男性不可」と言われましたが、求人には性別不問と書いてありました。メールでの連絡だったのでその旨をメールに書きましたが返信無し。とても割烹をやっている人間のマナーではありませんね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 料理は懐石割烹ながら、ソースにアンチョビを使うなど、創作の工夫がきいている。値段はそれなりだが、ゆっくりと味わえる。ここでしか飲めないガージェリーのビールもビールファンには面白いが、独自で熟成保管している日本酒の凄さがとんでもない。
While cooking is a kaiseki meal, creative ideas such as using anchovies as a sauce are being used. The price is reasonable, but you can enjoy it slowly. Gargery beer that can only be drunk here is also interesting for beer fans, but the tremendous amount of sake that has been aged and stored on its own is amazing.

どの料理を食べても間違いなく美味しいですが、値段とのバランスで考えると高いなと言うのが正直な感想です。
店内の雰囲気やお店の方の接客など申し分ないお店ですがまた行きたいと思うほどでは無い…？
基本コースが8,000円、10,000円、12,000円とある様ですが、アルコール類や税サ込みだとコースの2倍くらいになります。

この日は鹿肉のローストが臭みなく、柔らかくて美味しかった。
