土曜日の12時頃来訪。10分ほど外の椅子で待ち入店。小ぢんまりとした店内は1階と2階に席があり上の間へ通されました。和室にテーブル椅子席とゆったり間隔がとられておりランチメニューの昼まぶし¥2000(半身のうなぎ)を注文。出来上がりまで30分しばしの間、お茶と骨せんをいただきレトロで趣きのある室内を眺めつつとても癒されました。隅々まで手入れの行き届いた歴史ある建物だけでも一見の価値あり。お味はランチメニューでも十二分過ぎるほど美味でした。お店の方も気配りが良く好印象。わざわざ足を運んだ甲斐がありました☺️

さすが浜松の鰻屋さん とても美味しかったです。 日本酒は地酒が沢山、ワインもすごく充実していました。 なかなか食べられない希少なメニューもありました。 オススメできます。 食事が終わった後にも新しい緑茶を入れてくれたのが嬉しかったです。

うな重梅3850円天然というだけあって高い。 それでも松は品切れのようだ。 うな重、丼、まぶしから選択できる。でも切り方や器が違うくらい。であれば一番美味しい外見のうな重で。食事中にタレの器回収されるのはちょっと。それは余分に買って欲しいかなと思う。うなぎはうまいが自分はバカ舌なので養殖との違いがそこまで分からなかった

近所の別の鰻屋に行こうとしたらランチがやっていなかったので、電話で問い合わせて行ってみました。 お昼の閉店45分前でしたが、とても丁寧で良い対応していただきました。 お値段は少しお高めですが、浜名湖サービスエリアの鰻屋はもっと高くて味が最悪だった事があったので(比較するのもこちらのお店に失礼ですが)そこまで高いと感じませんでした。 浜名湖産天然うなぎで、焼き方は関東風の一旦蒸す焼き方だそうです。 定食の値段の違いは鰻の大きさ(重さ?)で、更に丼、重、まぶしから選べます。 ちなみに自分は重でお願いしました。 待っている間のうなぎの骨とお茶が美味しかったですね。 味付けは甘さ控えめで、後味サッパリ。 味に関しては自分は好みの味でした。 焼き方が関東風という事で、関西風(パリッと香ばしい感じ)が好きな自分としては、そこが星1つマイナスですが、悪いというわけではありません。単なる好みの問題なので、サービスや味に関しては星5つです。 お吸い物も肝入りで(最近は肝入りだけで別料金取るお店もありますが)上品なお味。肝くささも変な苦味もなかったです。 静かで落ち着いた雰囲気の良いお店でした。

味は美味しい。お店のスタッフも礼儀正しく気持ちの良い感じだが注文してから30分以上待つことに。難しいのはわかるがもう少し速いと嬉しい。おしぼりは使い捨てなのにしっかりしたもので個人的に好き。

求めていた感動がここにある。 昭和40年創業の鰻料理専門店。うな丼やうな重はもちろん一品料理がどれも美味い。 うなぎはムラのない均一な焼き目が美しい完璧な焼き加減。ふっくらした身にあっさりとした甘辛だれがよくあう。ごはんも最高の炊きあがり。肝吸いも上品ながらしっかりとしたお味。じつに感動のおいしさ。 イチオシは「鰻の肝のアヒージョ」。にんにく香る熱々オリーブオイルにプリプリの肝、鰹の酒盗、しいたけが本当に美味い。 ほかにも....鰻の燻製、みそうなぎ、天然うなぎのかぶと、うまきなど、どれも感動的に美味い。 りっぱなワインセラーには曳馬野の料理にあう赤白泡が取り揃えられている。グラスワインはないけどリーズナブルなプライスだからボトルで頼もう。もちろん日本酒もいい地酒がいろいろ揃ってる。 超おすすめのお店です。

浜名湖の天然うなぎを扱うお店で以前から気になっていました。天然物だと思ったら養殖のうなぎでした。一番安いうなぎ膳 梅を食べましたが、う・旨い!うなぎがやわらかくくどく無くあっさり食べれます。タレも丁度良い感じでくどくも無くあっさりでも無く絶妙な味でご飯も固くも無く柔らか過ぎず丁度良い炊き加減でした。うなぎの大きさで値段が違いますが一番小さい梅でも全然満足いく量でまた行きたいと思いました。駅周辺のうなぎ屋も色々食べましたが一番のオススメです。お酒の種類も居酒屋より多いです。今度は間違いなく天然物を食したいです。メニューをよく見て頼まないといけません。 10月9日追記 初天然うなぎを食べました。サイズによってお値段違いますが細しか選択出来ずその中でも高い¥3,520を選択しました。 美味しかったのです。養殖より天然の方があっさりしている様に感じました。 選択は人それぞれですが私は、養殖の方が良いかな。

Great food. Good selection on sake/wine for good unagi restaurant. There’s only one chef so be patient during peak time. Worth the trip.
