★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一時期流行った田舎そばの肉つけ蕎麦ネギ多めラー油入りを色んな種類でアレンジした感じかな。
冷やしが多くて、温かいのは鴨鳥つくねだけっていうのは蕎麦の風味を味わうのには良いかもしれないけど、田舎蕎麦の太め一択だと好みがだいぶ別れるから稲庭饂飩とか細めの蕎麦を別の選択肢で入れたら行く頻度は増える気がする。
それと寒い時期だから温かいものが食べたい欲も強いんで、美味しいものよりも体が温まるものを食べたい、という欲求が満たしにくいのは悩ましいかも。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ファーストフード的なチェーン店ではないお蕎麦やさんです。昔ながらのお蕎麦やさんでもありません。胡麻タレのつけ汁が美味しいです。ここの大盛はおなかいっぱいになります。

担々麺の金蠍の日本蕎麦バージョンなので金ゴマが大量にかかっていて香ばしい。
メニューは780円～で麺の量は360g、
大盛は100円増しで540gになる。
画像はカレーつけ麺。
席数は多めなので、回転良く、混んでいるお昼時でもそんなに待たずに食べられます。
ランチではミニご飯がついてくるけど、２時近くにいくと無いことも。
決済は現金のみなので注意。

オススメは金胡麻肉そば。ボリュームもあって、早い旨いで大満足です。月に2度、3度と通いたくなる魅力があります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 担々麺で有名な「金蠍（きんかつ）」の蕎麦店。港屋インスパイア系。元は「ケーキ パパ」という変わった名前のカレー屋さんがあった場所ですね。一度行ったことがあって、けっこうな人気店だったと思うんだけど、ご時世ですね…
さて、メニューに星印つきの「金胡麻肉つけ蕎麦」と「生玉子」を注文。
ガシッとした食べごたえの蕎麦に、肉、ねぎ、ごま、刻み海苔がたっぷり。練りごまと辣油の冷たいつけ汁がすごくリッチな味で、蕎麦にまったく負けていません。
卓上には、ごま辣油、旨七味、日本一辛い黄金一味。ごま辣油は最初から多めに投入。七味と一味は途中から。味がけっこう変わるかなと思ったけど、つけ汁の地肩が強いので、まったく問題なし。
残ったつけ汁に、しっかりと濃い蕎麦湯を注いで〆。かなり好みの味で、満足でした。

On the table are sesame chili oil, shichimi, and the hottest golden gang in Japan. Add a large amount of sesame chili oil from the beginning. Shichimi and Ichimi are from the middle. I thought the taste would change a lot, but the soup has a strong shoulder, so there is no problem at all.
Pour thick soba hot water into the remaining soup. I was satisfied with the taste I liked.

蕎麦は「港屋」っぽい。並盛りで360g。
このごまつゆ以外に肉つけ蕎麦や温かい鴨鶏つくねつけ蕎麦もある。
もちろん、つけだれにはラー油入り。
トッピングには有料だけれど、生玉子、あげ玉もある。
ごまつゆと田舎蕎麦、いいですね！
