My medium steak was more well-done instead, and while I'm sure they'd have replaced it in a heartbeat, i was in a hurry and didn't wish to wait longer! But overall, still pretty decent.

I have been to there restaurants in Singapore and Australia. As always the pork ribs are excellent. The meat is falling if there bone and the glaze is not to dry. They even give you some weird in-house currency. The staff were very friendly and spoke English they also offered English menus.
P	P R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE RIBS!!! Recommendation: Original ribs What can I say, hands down the best ribs I’ve had in Japan. The softness of the meat and the flavour of the sauce (original only). Also tried: Spicy ribs, honey ribs, and bbq chicken wings set. - Spicy ribs: Wasn’t so spicy, but the flavour can’t compare with the original. - Honey ribs: tastes as you can probably imagine. A little too sweet for my liking. - BBQ chicken wing set: the wings were quite good and reasonably tasty (but lacked in quantity). The blue cheese dipping sauce was amazing! Ended up even using it as a spread for the bread. The spinach thing was average, the onion rings were ordinary, and the onion ring sauce was quite unappealing. FYI: I’ve tried ribs in 2 other places (TGIF’s and Smokehouse, both were substandard). This place is a contender to Mike’s Kitchen (if you’ve ever had it in Australia) If you enjoyed this review, please “like” it ? All tasted great but the consistency of the meat was rather on the hard side and dry. The service was ok. They will give a refund if you post a picture with their hastag. The place is clean. One problem was the smoking area was not enclosed or not on a separate room so if you're with a child, be aware.
