I ordered just a small portion because I was on a street food journey around Togoshi Ginza. Otherwise, medium or large portion would fill you up. Their miso soup is excellent. At the time, they had free unsweetened iced tea on tap.

The restaurant doesn't seat too many and is pretty smoky from the cooking but is definitely worth a visit. The staff is very nice. You can pick from four different options (meat amount in grams) and pair it with a set (soup and a pile of shredded cabbage).
P	Panus Sundarapura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on the Togoshi-Ginza main shopping street, this is the great place if you have a chance to come around and are craving for nice and worth donburi. The main dish of this place is the charcoal-grilled Obihiro pork on rice (butadon: 豚丼) or as a rice set with salad. The mild sweetness of the sauce perfectly gets along with the thick pieces of grilled pork topped on the bowl blocking all the rice below. If you are a sweet-taste lover, there is free sweet sauce (ta-re: たれ) to add on your dish. There are 3 choices of which part of the pork meat you would like to eat: 1) Boneless short-rib part (karubi: カルビ) —> meaty and fatty 2) Lean shoulder part (rosu: ロース) —> lean meat with small fat 3) Half-half of above The price depends on how much meat you order, but I can confirm that it is worth it. In the picture, I ordered 200g of rice + 300g of half-half pork for the price of 980¥. If you are Thai like me, you would love this place as the taste is really similar to Thai street grilled pork (หมูปิ้ง), nostalgic, isn’t it? Additionally, the beer here is only 300¥, which is very cheap for draft one, and it is superb when you drink with butadon. Also, they serve Genghis Khan Yakiniku after 17:30, if you would like to try Hokkaido style mutton bbq! Recommended!

J	Justin Shircliff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe the best butadon I’ve had so far in Tokyo. It’s a small shop in a kinda obscure area, but man is it worth it. You can get two kinds of pork, rib and roast, with a nice side of cabbage and soup. The taste is money. They also serve a cola drink from Hokkaido that tastes like Dr. Pepper. Really enjoyed it and you should definitely check it out.
