ランチはお得で、ライスのおかわりが自由なのは嬉しいですね。
炭と網がついた小さな七輪を付けてくれて、店員さんいわく「焼き足りなかったり、お肉が冷めてしまったらお使いください」とのこと。
ネギタン塩をいただきました。一緒にお皿に盛られていたお味噌を付けていただきましたが、ネギ塩があれば別にいいかな…という感じでした。
丁寧にお肉に塗ってから軽く焼いて食べると香ばしく、なるほどこうやって食べるのか！と感動しました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 休日の夜に行きました。空いていてとても居心地良かったです。個室に仕切られていましたが、となりにタバコ吸う方がいると臭いが結構したので、タバコ嫌いの方は注意が必要です。
肝心の牛タンですが、柔らかくてまあまあですが、うーん、まあまあですね。なにか加工した感じ？を受けました。味が薄いと言いますか、、、高級な牛タンハムだと思って食べれば美味しいです。
馬刺し頼みましたが、解凍されておらず、イマイチでした。もう少しきちんと解凍して欲しいです。
サラダやお酒は美味しかったのと何より居心地が良かったのでまた行こうと思います。

牛たんの仕入れ値が高騰しているとは思いますが、もう少し味と値段が合うと良いのになぁと思いました。

店内は個室もありましたし、隣りのテーブルとは天井まで繋がる座席で隔たれていて、安心感ありました。
次は店内で食べたくなりました。
