★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It a really Great Onsen. Especially considering the price is around $4. Super clean and amazing service from the staff. Also it's open till 1 a.m. which makes it very convenient.

The black water was nice and warm.
Maybe one of the reasons why this place is very popular and always crowded.
Bad news
Very popular. So Very crowded.
Young people came in groups were talking loudly.
On every Wednesday, that famous kitchy guy with athlete's foot comes. So be aware. athlete's foot is infectious. That may be one of the reasons why this place is not so crowded on Wednesday.
If you don't like crowded Sento tour, how about going on Wednesday?

Male and female bath are changed from day to day.
Both of them have beautiful outdoor baths.
Inside bath is hot spring, black water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felt a bit overrated tbh. Kinda rundown on inside, with the famous mount fuji peeling off the wall. No amenities provided, but they do sell that at the counter.
Sauna available at additional cost. There's a nice little half open air bath on top which is secluded. Other than that, nice black onsen water with some jacuzzi slots to loosen up the muscles!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable onsen in Tokyo, basic price is ¥470/adult, you need to pay extra if you want to use sauna, towel rental. They also have umbrella locker (first time for me to use it ?). The bathroom doesn't support shampoo, conditioner, or body soap, so you need to bring your own. There is one hot pool inside; the electric one was the most interesting one for me, you should try it! Also there is another open area with black water from natural spring. Lastly, I enjoy drinking milk after taking bath. Such a perfect cold night in Tokyo!
