★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おすすめは焼きそばと炒飯と餃子！！飲んだ後に「焼きそば？！」って思うなかれ、これが合う！ラーメンも美味しいし、昼間の長岡のラーメン屋さんには中々無い透明の煮干しスープで優しいお味です。炒飯にこのスープが付いて来るので、いつも同行者のスープだけとか貰っちゃいます(笑)餃子や炒飯は持ち帰りも出来るので、お家でお留守番してる家族にお土産もOK(´∀`)
We recommend yakisoba, fried rice and dumplings! !! Don't think "Yakisoba ?!" after drinking, this suits you! The ramen is delicious, and the clear sardine soup, which is rarely found in Nagaoka ramen shops during the day, has a gentle taste. Since this soup comes with the fried rice, I always get only the soup of my companion (laugh) You can take dumplings and fried rice home, so souvenirs are OK for the family who are staying at home ('∀`)

昔ながらの中華そばで、飲んだあとによく行くらしく、地元の人に人気あるらしいです。
餃子を注文する人が多かったので、次回は餃子リベンジしようと思いました。

餃子は、具材がしっかり詰まった感じで野菜餃子に近いのかなぁ?
