★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりの休日に上越線で長岡駅に遊びに行って、このお店に入りました。ちゃーしゅう屋武蔵はからし味噌が有名でしたので、からし味噌チャーシューを食べました。2年連続のモンドセレクション金賞を受賞された凄いチャーシューです。さすがに旨かったです。
 On my first holiday in a long time, I went to Nagaoka station on the Joetsu line and entered this shop. Chashuya Musashi was famous for mustard miso, so I ate mustard miso char siu. It is a great char siu that won the Monde Selection Gold Award for the second consecutive year. It was really delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットで調べて行きました。お勧めよ通り、チャーシュー麺でなくて辛味噌ラーメンにしました。コクがあって辛子味噌を溶いたら味変して辛さ２パンチが加わって美味しかったです。
I looked it up on the net. As recommended, I chose spicy miso ramen instead of char siu noodles. When it was rich and the mustard miso was melted, the taste changed and it was delicious with the addition of 2 spicy punches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅ビルココロのテナントです。コロナ感染症対策で、4人掛けテーブル席もお一人様利用にしている関係で、お昼時は行列が出来ています。12時前か13時過ぎに行くと比較的空いてるようです。
知る人は知っている、ラーパスのクーポン提示で200円引と言う、太っ腹キャンペーン中なので何度もお世話になってます。売りものの辛味噌ラーメンは、醤油に比べると熱々で提供されるようです。辛味噌は最初に全部溶いてしまうと辛味が勝ち過ぎて、味噌や出汁の味が分からなくなりますので、少しづつ溶いて味の変化を愉しむと宜しいようです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメンは好き嫌いは個人の好みによると思います。油の感じが好きな方にはよろしいのではないでしょうか。今回辛味噌ラーメンをいただきましたが、個人的には普通のラーメンかチャーシュー麺を頼んだほうがよかったと思いました。
I think that the likes and dislikes of ramen depend on personal taste. Isn't it good for those who like the feeling of oil? I had spicy miso ramen this time, but personally I thought it would have been better to order regular ramen or char siu noodles.

特に15:00過ぎの餃子とハイボールのセットはオススメです。
餃子の肉感アリアリの逸品です。
ラーメンは好みがハッキリ分かれると思います。
初めて行く方はチャーシューメニューは食べた方が良いですよー
そして、ここのお店は努力感満載でパワースポットですねー
特に自家製チャーシューと餃子の持ち帰りにはチカラが入ってます。
駅ナカのラーメン店としては満点ー

Gyoza flesh is a gem of Ali Ali.
I think ramen has different tastes.
If you are going for the first time, you should eat the char siu menu.
And this shop is full of effort and is a power spot.
Especially, the power is included in the take-out of homemade char siu and dumplings.
