y	yuko M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新聞に「見つけた!新潟のちょっと良いお店」みたいなのに掲載されてたのがきっかけで行って見ました。鰻を注文してから捌いてくれるので、新鮮です。時間はかかりますが、柔らかくとても美味しい鰻でした。時期にもよりますが、ふぐの刺し身や白子焼きなども美味しかったです。寡黙な職人気質の店主と柔らかい印象の女将さんとで良い雰囲気のお店です。鰻は持ち帰りも出来るので、土用の丑の日等に利用しています。 I went to see it because it was published in the newspaper as "I found it!
