★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 居酒屋さんですがお昼もやっている。自販機で食券を買うかと思ったのですが、後からでも良いみたいで少し混乱。メニューも豊富なので、サラリーマン風の方が多く来ていました。今回は気になっていた燕ホワイトのラーメンをオーダーしましたが、ぜんぜん脂感がなくあっさりしています。もう少し麺の量が多ければ思うところもありますが、女性にはちょっと入りにくい感じがしてます。お店は禁煙なのですが入り口すぐ横に灰皿があるせいか入った瞬間タバコ臭くて入るのを躊躇いました。改善して欲しいかな

少し濃いめのスープに生姜が効いて、スッキリした味わいでいただけます。
チャーシューが結構たくさん入っていました。
ランチサービスのライスは自分でジャーから入れて持ってくるスタイル。
無料は一杯だけですが、自分の好きな量を盛れるので、満腹になれます。
長岡駅近くで長岡生姜醤油ラーメンをいただける貴重なお店です。
夜は居酒屋的に使えるようなので、使い勝手の良いお店です。

飲み屋兼ラーメン屋のようです。
チャーシューメンを頼みました。生姜のしっかり効いた醤油ラーメンが美味しい。チャーシューも食べ応えのある食感で○

魚介系のスープのいわゆる「中華そば」タイプが好き故、濃い目に感じられましたが、ここに生姜がとても良い役割をしていて、“スッキリ”した味わいに感じられ、もう一杯も行けそうな勢いで、美味しく頂きました。
I had one of the 5 major ramen in Niigata for the first time.
I liked the so-called "Chinese noodles" type of seafood soup, so I felt it was dark, but ginger played a very good role here, and I felt it had a "clean" taste, so I could go for another cup. It was delicious with great momentum.

大人数より2～3人くらいで行くのがちょうど良いかと
