★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず店内が良すぎます。いつも綺麗、かつ店員さんも親切で落ち着いた雰囲気で気持ち良く利用できます。混みすぎず空きすぎずなのもの個人的にポイント高いです。
トンカツもこの値段でこのクオリティは非常に満足です。キャベツ、ライスも多めです。
ライス中でぎりぎり食べきれるくらいです。
ビブグルマン掲載の某トンカツ屋にも良く行きますが、個人的にはこちらの方が断然好みです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼より早い時間にお邪魔しました。
トンカツがウリのお店で、普段は山形豚など扱ってはるそうですが、ランチは主に外国産を使っておられるようです。
いくつかメニューがある中で頼んだのは
「ローストンカツ定食：\880（税込）」
ご飯は白米のほか十六穀米など選べて、かつ盛りも大中小から選べます。
事前にでんとトンカツソースの大ボトルが配置されましたが、トンカツソースにしては色が「？」で、それが気になってまして。
実際に料理が届いてから、カツに直接垂らして味わいますが・・・とろみ強めなのに味は全然さっぱりしていて！
へぇー、確かにこれやと、素材の味全然邪魔しませんね。
ときにトンカツ本体（150g）は、下ごしらえが丁寧なのかすごく柔らかくてジューシー。
衣もサクサクで、何より噛むたびにパン粉を揚げた時の香ばしい香りが口いっぱい広がります(^^)
ご飯も少々固めなんですが、おいらは十六穀米の中を選んだにも関わらず、写真の通りのそこそのボリューム。
メインの料理や野菜もそこそこボリュームあるので、注文の際には注意されたほうがええかもしれません。

A large bottle of pork cutlet sauce was placed in advance, but the color was "?" For pork cutlet sauce, and I was curious about that.
After the food actually arrives, you can hang it directly on the cutlet and taste it ... Although it is thick and strong, the taste is refreshing at all!
Well, it certainly doesn't interfere with the taste of the ingredients at all.
Sometimes the pork cutlet body (150g) is very soft and juicy, probably because the preparation is polite.
The batter is also crispy, and above all, the fragrant aroma of deep-fried bread crumbs spreads throughout your mouth every time you chew (^^)
The rice is a little firm, but despite the fact that I chose 16-grain rice, the volume is as shown in the photo.
The main dishes and vegetables are also fairly voluminous, so you may need to be careful when ordering.

大阪は京橋にあるとんかつ店、三谷さんです。
京橋でとんかつと言えばココです、京阪にKYKがありますがココです。
久しぶりの訪問です、今でも千円以内で提供されている点がスゴイと思います。
ミックス定食\990を注文。
10分ほどで配膳。
ロースカツ、ひれかつ、インゲン巻きのミックス。キャベツ大量、味噌汁、の構成です。
とんかつソースはオリジナルです。特にソースそのものに主張するものはないのですがカツとあわせると肉の味が引き立つ様に思えます（ウスターソースで食べたときの比較として）。
衣も硬すぎず厚すぎず、肉は柔らかです。職人技だ。
なにげにキャベツの和風ドレッシングがおいしい（タマネギドレッシングかな？）
キャベツおかわりできないのが残念。
そして、想像以上にカラシが効きます。。。

It's been a long time since I visited, and I think it's amazing that it is still offered for less than 1,000 yen.
I ordered a mixed set meal \ 990.
Serve in about 10 minutes.
A mix of roasted cutlet, fins and green beans. It consists of a large amount of cabbage and miso soup.
Tonkatsu sauce is original. There is nothing to insist on the sauce itself, but it seems that the taste of the meat is enhanced when combined with the cutlet (as a comparison when eating with Worcestershire sauce).
The batter is neither too hard nor too thick, and the meat is tender. It's craftsmanship.
The Japanese-style cabbage dressing is delicious (Is it an onion dressing?)
It's a pity that we can't refill the cabbage.
And the mustard works more than you can imagine. .. ..
I was able to enjoy it

場所は、京阪電車の高架下
JR環状線京橋駅の北口から東へ出て立ち飲み｢まつい｣を正面に左折
次の三叉路の｢京橋うどん｣を右折して道なりに進むと右手に在ります
外観も店内も綺麗で清潔な感じです
立て看板に数量限定やランチメニューが書かれてるので目印になります
店内は、入って右手に厨房とカウンター席
左にテーブル席が列んでます
奥のテーブル席に座って何を食べようかな～

From the north exit of Kyobashi Station on the JR Loop Line, go east and turn left with "Matsui" standing in front of you.
