★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マスクを探していて、ありますかと聞こうとしたら、店長らしき男性が目も合わさず、知りませんと走っていった。
同じ質問をされるのが嫌なら、入口に書いて貼るとかしてほしい。1人一つまでって大きく書いていたから、あるのだと思って店中歩いて3周くらいして見つからないから、聞いたのに。
あまりの態度に2度といかないし、
友人にも勧めない。
トモズの本社に連絡しておいた。
When I was looking for a mask and asked if there was one, a man who seemed to be the store manager ran without knowing because he didn't meet his eyes.
If you don't want to be asked the same question, write it at the entrance and paste it. I wrote it up to each person, so I thought it was there, so I walked around the store for about three laps and couldn't find it, so I asked.
I can't go too far back
I would not recommend it to friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 周りのドラッグストアと比べて、割高な気がします。商品の取り寄せをお願いしたところ、「届いたら電話します」と言われました。翌日別の店で同じ商品を見つけて、まだ電話が無かったのでキャンセル電話をしてみましたが、既に商品が届いたため、キャンセルできないと言われました。仕方なく取りに行ったら、10%オフやクーポン券を使えないと言われました。取り寄せをお願いした時きちんと伝えて欲しいです。多分これからは利用しないと思います。
I feel expensive compared to the surrounding drugstores. When I asked for the product, I was told, "I'll call you when it arrives." The next day, I found the same product at another store, and because I didn't have a phone call, I made a cancellation call, but was told that the product had already arrived and I couldn't cancel it. I was told that I couldn't use a 10% discount or coupon if I went to get it. I want you to tell them properly when you ask for an order. Maybe I won't use it from now on.
