お店が小さいからだとは思いますが、品揃えが良くないです。 妊婦さん、親子連れが沢山訪れ、コルティの3階には赤ちゃんの託児所やオムツ替えの場があるにも関わらず、オムツも置いてない、トイレットペーパー等も種類豊富ではないです。考えられて商品を置かれている様に思えないです。 処方箋も、スタッフは早口で説明が分かりづらい方多く良い所と思えないです。

訪問日時 9/23 15:50頃 50代くらいの女性店員の接客について 会員限定のサンプルクーポンを使い、ニベアのサンプルを受領するため訪問。 トモズには①特定の商品を購入するともらえるタイプと、②何も購入しなくてももらえるタイプの2種類のサンプルクーポンがあります。どちらに該当するかはクーポンに明記されており、「購入でもらえる」か「提示でもらえる」で判別できます。 今回のクーポンには「提示でもらえる」と記載があり、何かを購入しなくとももらえるタイプと判断しましたが、レジに行くと50代くらいの女性店員が「商品の指定は無いが、何かしら購入しないとサンプルは渡せない」とのこと。腑に落ちなかったため「これまで①特定の商品を購入するともらえるタイプ、②特に何も購入しなくてももらえるタイプの2種類しか見たことがない。本社のカスタマーセンターに確認するので電話番号を教えてほしい。」と返すと、女性店員が同僚の男性店員に確認。 女性店員の認識が誤っていたことが判明したようで結局サンプルを渡されましたが、「誤った案内をして申し訳ない」の一言の謝罪も無く、「はい、どうぞ」という感じ。 これじゃあ、私がクレームをつけて無理にサンプルを奪ったみたい。 様々な業務があるでしょうから、何かを知らなかった、間違った、というのは仕方ないと思います。でも、自分が間違った案内をしてお客さんに手間と時間を取らせたことは謝りましょうよ。
