ちょっと目を離した隙にお肉がカチコチになってて驚きました。
それだけいいお肉を使ってたってことなのかな…？
おいしかったです。さすが直営店！値段も1280円だったので月一くらいに来たくなるような感じです。

オーダーしてから配膳まで可成り遅い。
きむちが旨いのと、ごはんおかわりが嬉しい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜は薄暗い感じでオシャレ！お肉は塩かタレか選べる。なので味付けがすでにされていると思い、店員さんが気付くまでタレセット出てないことに気付かず、そのまま食べていた。そのほかにも少し間違いはあったけれどサービスもしていただけたし、味もそれなりに美味しかったのでよかったかな。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日本橋でお肉の気分になり近くにあったので伺いました。金曜日の17時頃入店。予約のお席もちらほら、サラリーマングループが多いようです。注文を厨房に通す過程で手違いがあったようで確認したところ、間違えてしまったとサービス品と改めて注文したものをすぐに提供するとのことでフォローをしっかりしてくださいました。ミスは後処理が最重要と考えていますので、サービス料のない貴店では大変、良い対応をいただけたと思います。

久しぶりに再開した友達の誕生日を祝うことができました。
電話をしたときは、ぶっきらぼうなイメージを持ったのですが、韓国人の方？なのかな、日本語のイントネーションの違いでそう感じただけでした。伺ったところ、丁寧な接客と親切なサービスで楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。

店内がかなり暗いで、周囲と席が近いですが、そこまで気にならないと思います。
I ordered a Japanese beef set for lunch. I think the balance between taste and price, access and goodness is good. White rice should have been reduced.
The inside of the store is quite dark and the seats are close to the surroundings, but I don't think it bothers me that much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 肉質は並みよりちょっと上くらいで「まずい」ということはなく、ふつうに美味しいです。
味付けは岩塩が標準のようですが、お願いすればタレとタレ皿も出してもらえます。個人的にはタレの方が好きだったので、タレを標準で提供してほしかったところです(ひょっとしたらただのオペミスかもしれません)。
日本橋の一等地コレドのテナントなので場所代がかかるということを考えればこの値段設定も納得なのですが、満足度はあまり高くなく、日本橋に行っても再訪することはないと思います。牛角よりは肉質がちょい上、値段は高め、くらいの心構えで行くのがおすすめです。
