評価が良くなかったので心配しましたが、待ち時間も30分ほど、先生も感じが良くとてもいいクリニックでした。

そんなに混んでおらず、スムーズに診察をしていただけました。
（事前に予約したほうがいいようです）
医師も看護師の方も、すごく良い方ばかりでした。
おすすめです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 評価が良くないのが気になったが、いきつけの病院が休みの為初通院してみた。結果としては非常に良い診断を受けたと思う。診断は良い意味で迅速、治るまでの過ごし方、治った後の過ごし方、万が一悪化した場合のケースをわかりやすく説明してくれた。
なお、かなり混み合う？のか、予約してから訪れる事をオススメします。
I was worried that the evaluation was not good, but I tried my first visit to the hospital for the rest. I think I got a very good diagnosis as a result. The diagnosis was quick in a good sense, explaining how to spend until healed, how to spend after healing, and the case of worsening in an easy-to-understand manner.
Is it quite crowded? I would recommend visiting after booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あくまでも個人的意見としてですが、私は今後も機会があればお世話になりたいと思います。今のところ2回お世話になり1度目と2度目は先生は違いました。1回目はかなり無愛想な先生、2回目は笑顔の感じのいい先生でした。おそらくこちらのレビューを参考にかなり無愛想対応の覚悟をしていたのも良かったのかと思います。ちなみに、どちらも頂いたお薬でみるみるうちに良くなりました。
受付が本当に無愛想でして、そこだけは断言したいと思います。覚悟していても首を傾げるほどでしたから、よほどです。
Just as a personal opinion, I would like to take care of you if you have the opportunity. For the first time, the teacher was different from the first time. The first was a pretty unfriendly teacher, and the second was a smiley teacher. Perhaps it would have been nice to be prepared for a very unfriendly response with reference to this review. By the way, both of them got better with the medicine I got.
The receptionist was really unfriendly and I want to affirm that. Even if I was prepared, I couldn't tilt my head, so it was fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 徳井先生は大変穏和で質問にも丁寧に誠実に応えてくれます。私は転勤族で様々な病院でお世話になっていますが徳井内科さんが最も誠実だと思います。患者に対する態度が横柄だったり曖昧な回答しかしない先生にも沢山出会ってきました。しかしここのクリニックに出会えて良かったと感じています。よきアドバイスのお陰で血液検査の数値がかなり改善しました。
Professor Tokui is very gentle and answers questions politely and sincerely. I am a transfer family and have been taken care of at various hospitals, but I think Tokui Internal Medicine is the most sincere. I have met many teachers who have arrogant or vague answers to their patients. However, I am glad that I met the clinic here. Thanks to the good advice, the blood test values have improved considerably.

行ってみてびっくり！昔よくいた『横柄な医者』がいました。
患者を見下し、いきなり横柄な言い方をします。何か質問するだけで急にイライラしはじめ、良い歳をした医者が落ち着きなくペン回しをしはじめます。まだ質問が終わっておらず、3分も経っていないのに、一方的に次の予約日の話をします。
実に気分が悪くなり、すぐに転院しました。こんな不機嫌な医者と今後付き合う自信がないからです。
二度と行きたくありません。日経Goodayという雑誌で医者の書いた『ダメ医者見分ける3つのポイント』というのがありましたが、ドンピシャでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事中に胸の違和感から始まり、翌朝呼吸するだけで胸が痛かったので予約の電話しようとしましたが看護師の方に「来てもいいけど骨折の可能性もあるので整形外科に行ってください」と言われお断りされてしまいました。
折った動作は無かったことも伝えましたが「混んでるので待たせるの悪いし…」と言われました。
混んでるから断られたかコロナ禍だから断られたんだなあ。と思い、悲しい気持ちになりました。結局その日横浜の整形外科に行きましたが、そこのお医者様も冷たいねって言ってました（笑）そちらの整形外科でレントゲンの撮影したらやはり肋骨は折れてなく、血液検査結果を診て胸膜炎の疑いがあるので明日CTとります。
こっちは急に胸が痛くなったことが不安で見ていただきたかったのですが。
内科の看護師さんの対応なんでしょうか（ ; ; ）
ただ、看護師さんの対応が悲しく、冷たく感じました。

とにかく看護師さんが良いです。明るくて気さくで話しやすいです。
徳井先生は優しくてよく話を聞いて下さるので安心して話せます。人の良さが滲み出ている先生です。
もう1人の先生は徳井先生とは違うタイプでガンガン言ってくれるので、自分の悪い所に気付くことが出来ました。乱暴な感じに取られちゃうのかな？私の印象は、はっきりキッパリした先生でした。
予約して通っているのですが、いつも混んでいるので(コロナ禍でも)それなりの覚悟は必要ですが、良いお医者様なのでおすすめです。
