2020年8月くらいからホームページに障害があるらしく見られませんが、営業はしています。
初診をうけて追記。
やはり医師、医療スタッフ、事務方の目に入る全ての方々が丁寧で感じ良く、個人的にはなぜこんなにレビューが悪かったのが理解できません。強いて言えば、平日の午前中でも（初診のためかもしれませんが）待ち時間があり、終わるまで1時間程度かかったことと、採血などが他の患者さんが見える状態で少し気になることとで★マイナス１しました。
I just made a phone call to make an appointment for my first visit, but it felt very good.
It doesn't seem that there is a problem with the homepage from around August 2020, but it is open.
Added after receiving the first medical examination.
After all, all the doctors, medical staff, and clerical workers are polite and pleasant, and I personally cannot understand why the reviews were so bad. To put it bluntly, there was a waiting time even in the morning on weekdays (maybe because of the first visit), and it took about an hour to finish, and I was a little worried about blood sampling etc. with other patients visible. ★ I got minus one.

HPを見ると良さそうなのに低評価だなぁと思っていましたが、こういうとこですね…残念です。
I made an inquiry with the thought of holding a straw, believing in HP's wording that it can handle all 2000 types of blood tests, but when I listed some types of blood tests, it did not support those blood tests ...
Looking at the HP, I thought it would be good, but it was a low rating, but this is the case ... sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本日、受診しました。私の場合は、甲状腺疾患を見てもらおうと思って、職場の近くを探したとろこ、関内とみなとみらいに２か所で甲状腺を専門に診療しているクリニックを見つけました。
気軽に関内に電話したところ、初診だと２か月待ちと言われ衝撃でした。ダメ元でみなとみらいクリニックさんに電話したところ、たまたまですが、直近で予約を取れました。
その後にGoogleの口コミを見たのですが、あまりの言われように懐疑的になりつつ受診した感想です。
最初の印象は、入ると以外と大きく「クリニックというよりは、ちょっとした病院？」と思うほど。受付も６人程度の若い人たちが対応していましたが、どの方々もしっかりと対応していた印象です。（待合が目の前なので、良く見える)
自分の場合は、複数いる意思のうち、女医さんでした。「誤診」チックな口コミがあったので、少し不安でしたが、こちらの症状や経緯を親身に聞いて頂き、次回予約も「私が診た方が良いでしょう」と言ってくださり、こちらとしては「ああ、ちゃんと一貫して診てくれるんだなぁ」という安心がありました。
初診だったため、血圧測定や身長、体重測定、それから血液検査と、すべて違う方に対応して頂きましたが、皆さん、とっても親切に対応していただきました。
もしかすると、自分は単に運が良かっただけかも知れませんが、自分の家族にもお勧めできるクリニックだと感じました。(甲状腺疾患は遺伝の場合が多く、母と弟も罹患しているため)
I had a medical examination today. In my case, I searched near my workplace to see thyroid disease, and found two clinics specializing in thyroid gland in Kannai and Minatomirai.
When I called Kannai casually, I was shocked to hear that I had to wait for two months for my first visit. When I called Minatomirai Clinic with no use, I happened to be able to make a reservation recently.
After that, I saw Google reviews, and as I was told, I was skeptical and had a medical examination.
The first impression was that when I entered, I thought, "Is it a little hospital rather than a clinic?" The reception was also handled by about 6 young people, but I have the impression that all of them responded firmly. (Because the waiting is in front of you, it looks good)
In my case, I was a female doctor out of multiple intentions. I was a little worried because there was a "misdiagnosis" -like word of mouth, but I asked him to ask me about his symptoms and circumstances, and he said "I should see you" for the next appointment. As a result, I was relieved that "Oh, he will give me a consistent diagnosis."
Since it was my first visit, I was asked to handle blood pressure measurement, height, weight measurement, and blood test, all of which were different, but everyone was very kind.
Maybe I was just lucky, but I felt it was a clinic I could recommend to my family. (Because thyroid disease is often inherited and affects mothers and younger brothers)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 甲状腺専門の院長先生に診ていただきました。説明も詳しく、真剣に診察して下さいました。
受付の方、看護師さんや検査の方もてきぱきしてて、クリニックの清潔で明るい雰囲気に合っています。
待ち時間も気になる程ではないです。空いている時はすぐに呼ばれた日もありました。
症状が落ち着くまで通おうと思ってます。
I had a medical examination by the director who specializes in thyroid gland. The explanation was also detailed, and he gave me a serious examination.
The receptionist, nurses and inspectors are also responsive and fit the clean and cheerful atmosphere of the clinic.
Waiting time is not enough to worry about. There was a day when I was called immediately when I was free.
I'm thinking of going until my symptoms subside.

院長に見ていただいていますが、物腰も大変柔らかく、お話もしっかり聞いていただける素晴らしい先生です。
頸動脈エコーにて、たまたま甲状腺の腫瘍も発見していただきました。
今は経過観察になりますが、他の検査の中、しっかり他の病気を見つけていただけた事も感謝です。
会計の方で少しお時間がかかってしまう事もありますが、受診者の方が多いのでそれは仕方ないと思っております。
皆様、大変親切でここの病院にかかって良かったです。

As you can see from the director, he is a wonderful teacher who has a very soft demeanor and can listen to the story.
A carotid echo revealed a tumor of the thyroid gland.
It's a follow-up now, but I'm grateful that I was able to find other illnesses in other tests.
It may take some time for accounting, but I think it can't be helped because there are many examinees.
Everyone was very kind and I'm glad I went to the hospital here.

検査の結果異常はあるのに「運動と食事ですね」とだけ言われて終わり。
これで肥満外来が成り立ってるのがすごい。
受付や検査技師の方たちは親切丁寧だっただけに医者の対応のダメさが目立ちました。ここには二度と行きません。
I was in trouble because I couldn't manage myself.
Although the result of the test was abnormal, I was told only "exercise and diet" and it was over.
It is amazing that the obesity outpatient department is established with this.
The receptionists and inspection technicians were kind and polite, so the doctor's response was conspicuous. I will never go here again.

普段は浦舟町の金沢内科にかかっていますが、精密検査はここでなくては出来ないため。
感心したのが、浦舟町の私のデータを職員さんきちんと共有把握されておられて、こちらから説明する必要が全くないこと。やはりプロだなあ、と思いました。
一泊検査ですが、必要なものは全て揃っていて、快適で、検査にきたのか、ホテルに泊りにきたのかわからないくらい。
睡眠時無呼吸症候群の検査治療は、金沢内科クリニックグループをお勧めします。

I usually go to the Kanazawa Internal Medicine Department in Urafune-cho, but I can't do a detailed examination here.
What impressed me was that my data in Urafune-cho was shared and grasped properly by the staff, and there was no need to explain it from here. I thought I was a professional.
It's an overnight inspection, but it's comfortable with everything you need, and you can't tell if you've come to the inspection or stay at the hotel.
We recommend the Kanazawa Internal Medicine Clinic Group for testing and treatment of sleep apnea syndrome.
