静かできれいなお寺さんです。
庚申塔もありました。

御朱印を頂戴しに訪れたら、お茶のペットボトルも頂戴してしまいました。
素晴らしい気遣いに感謝です！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2017/2/18拝受 豊島八十八ヶ所霊場第87番札所。京都や鎌倉に引けをとらない立派な寺院。本堂の左に大師堂あり。清水寺を思わせる舞台造りになっていた。大師堂へ上がる階段の手前に弘法大師修行像が立つ。礼拝してから階段を登ると身も心も清められる思い。山門を入って左に、龍神池があり中心に龍神様が祀られている。深さは1メートルを超える深い池で、大きな（目測1メートル）ニシキゴイが悠々と泳いでいる。池は、深いので小さな子供が覗き込んでいたら、注意してあげて下さいと書いてありました。幼稚園も併設。有り難く御朱印（薬師如来）を頂きました！

I think that if you go up the stairs after worshiping, your body and mind will be cleansed. On the left after entering the gate, there is Ryujin Pond and Ryujin is enshrined in the center. The depth of the pond is more than 1 meter, and a large (1 meter) Nishikigoi is swimming. The pond was so deep that if a small child looked into it, it should be noted. There is also a kindergarten. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつ開山したかは不明ですが、初代住職が徳川家綱治世の時代の1656(明暦2)年に亡くなっていることから江戸時代前期に成立したお寺と考えられています。中野区では長い歴史を持つ寺院ですが、戦災により堂宇は焼失し、現在ある建物はすべて戦後に建てられたものだそうです。境内は広いですが、大変きれいに掃き清められていて、庭園内を散策しているような心地よさを感じました。
