更衣室に問題が多い。
シャワーの温水が出るまでが異常に遅く、寒い時期や最終枠では実質使い物になっていない。
野球場利用者と共用の為、砂を落とさず着替える者に当たってしまう場合があり、砂を踏みながら着替えねばならなくなるので深い極まりない。
