★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 金剛寺は建長２年、波多野中務忠経が源実朝の菩提のため狐舟を開山として建立した曹洞宗のお寺です。
文明年間太田道灌が中興し、のち荒廃したが徳川家康が用山元照に再興させその時臨済宗から曹洞宗に改宗し、更に昭和になって現在地に移転してきたそうです。
本堂が樹木に囲まれていてきれいです。
墓地には夏目漱石の門下生、小説家の内田百閒（うちだひゃっけん）さんのお墓があります。
Kongoji is a temple of the Soto sect that was built by Hatano Nakatsugu Tadashi in the second year of the construction, with the fox boat as the founder of the bodhi of Minamoto no Sanetomo.
During the civilization year, Ota Dokan was promoted and later devastated, but Ieyasu Tokugawa revived it to Mototeru Yoyama, and at that time he converted from the Rinzai sect to the Soto sect, and in the Showa era he moved to his present location.
The main hall is surrounded by trees and is beautiful.
In the graveyard is the grave of Soseki Natsume's student, Hyakken Uchida, a novelist.
