貴	貴子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客がとても丁寧です。お風呂も身体の芯からあたたまりとてもいいお湯でした。お料理もどれも美味しく、またお部屋も落ち着いた雰囲気でゆったりと過ごせます。入り口の錦鯉もとても見事でした。 The customer service is very polite. The bath warmed from the core of the body and was very nice. All the dishes are delicious and you can relax in your room. Nishikigoi at the entrance was also wonderful.
青	青木隆雄 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 正月5日に宿泊しました少し早めに駐車場に着いたのですがお迎えが有りました。フロント、ロビーに素晴らしい組子が、夕食、朝食とても良かったです。部屋の露天ですが浴槽が深すぎでした。浴槽内に台はありましたが今の季節は体が出すぎ寒く浴槽内で使える椅子がほしかった。又、宿泊したくなる旅館でした。 We stayed on the 5th of New Year and arrived at the parking lot a little earlier, but there was a pick up. Wonderful kumiko in the front desk, lobby, dinner and breakfast were very good. It was an open-air room but the bathtub was too deep. There was a stand in the bathtub, but in this season I felt too cold and wanted a chair that could be used in the bathtub. In addition, it was a ryokan where I wanted to stay.

や	やまさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チェックイン、チェックアウト共にお部屋で行われました。8部屋しかなく、部屋にいても他のお客さんの声や音は聞こえず。貸切風呂もあり、ゆったり過ごせました。そしてなんといっても、料理が最高でした。味はもちろん盛り付けもこだわりが感じられました。宿の方も皆さん優しく丁寧で、朝夜共に部屋食にしましたが正解でした。テレビは見ないで、家族とおしゃべりしながらの食事、器や盛りつけを楽しみながらの食事もたまにな良いなと思います。静かに過ごしたい方におすすめしたいです。 Both check-in and check-out were done in the room. の	のりこまさこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上山田温泉のコンパクトなハイグレード旅館。時代に合ってます。信州の素材を中心にした懐石料理は味付け抜群です。温泉風呂は清潔で空いてますし、湯量豊富でした。部屋は適度な広さで清潔感あります。温泉街の奥まったところにありますので眺望は楽しめませんが問題ありません。さて、コロナ禍において、大風呂、大広間でバイキングなど、密になりそうな雰囲気の大旅館よりも、こういった、小規模のハイクラス旅館は、他客とほとんど接しないし、サービスが細かいところが多く、安心して泊まれるのではないでしょうか。是非ともこのような旅館が繁栄して欲しいと思います。頑張って下さい。 A compact high-grade inn at Kamiyamada Onsen.
