と	とくになおひす on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ すいません。あくまで好みですが・・・・ほかの方の口コミのとおり・機械打ちの様な蕎麦・１０割とは思えない歯ごたえと色・ツルツルというよりはヌルっとする喉越し・梅雨は塩分が多くかえしが弱い　etc,etc うーん、昔の味はわかりませんが、これならヨー〇で売っているへぎそばの乾麺を勝手自分で茹でて冷水で丁寧に絞めた蕎麦の方がずっと美味しいなぁ。そばの端々にギザギザの紋様が付いているのがあり、最初は「なんだろ？これ？」と思ったのですが、分かりました。おそらく麺は包丁で切っているのではなく押し出し成型機で作ってるんですね。推測ですが。蕎麦はやっぱり包丁で切って欲しいなぁ。ただ、お店の人の対応は笑顔で丁寧です。が、アットホームと言えばそうなんでしょうが、一見さんとなじみのファミリーに差を付けているように見えてしまいます。本人達はそんなつもりは無いのでしょうが、客から見ればそう見える。期待したのに、残念だったなぁ梯子した別のそば屋とは別段の差でした。 Excuse me. 利	利剣さん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 令和３年１０月前回星４でしたが訂正します。今回、久しぶりに訪れました。蕎麦が茹で過ぎなのか、歯ごたえが悪く、香りもなく、味もよく分からないのがでて来ました。ビックリしました。今までこんな感じのは出て来なかったんですが。他の投稿にもあるように国産手打ちなのか疑うものでした。なぜ？？お店の雰囲気や外の景色は素敵で定期的に来てたのですが、残念です。接客もいいのに。前回までの投稿年に２回程度訪れています。えぼしスキー場途中の中華亭というラーメン屋の手前を右折します。駐車場は店舗手前の道を右折して森の中という感じです? いつもそんなに混んでません。店内の雰囲気は良く、カップルで行くのも一人で行くのも良いと思います。静かで落ち着いた感じです? 蕎麦は十割となります。麺はモチモチ感はなく、どちらかと言えばゴリゴリ系で爽やかさはないですね。香り、甘味、個性はあまりないかもしれません。時期もありますが。麺自体は星３ですね。天ぷら蕎麦がオススメですね。普通の天蕎麦と天ぷらが熱い汁に浸ったものがあります。どちらも１４００円ですが、天ぷらが汁に浸ったものは個性的でオススメですね☀️ 汁だくの天ぷらを冷たい蕎麦で絡めて食べるんですが美味しいです‼️ October 3rd year of Reiwa It was 4 stars last time, but I will correct it.
