料理は品数も多く豪華な感じでしたが
火を使う物を、最初に全部つけられました。
客の意見を聞いて対応してもらいたい。
一番いただけないのは、なぜか布団に
マットレスが無く、せんべい布団！
うちの部屋だけ忘れた？
敷布団も非常に薄くて、身体が痛くなる。
それで良いと思っているのなら
即刻、改善して下さい。
高いお金を払って、雑魚寝とは最低です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の接客対応がちょっと人によりました。お食事は、コロナなので御膳で凄くボリューム有りで満足でした。子供達の御膳もとても良かったですよ。サウナ有るのに入れず残念?露天風呂有るのにお湯がぬるくて残念?
The customer service at the reception was a little different depending on the person. The meal was corona, so I was satisfied with the meal, which was very voluminous. 露天風呂はぬるめでしたが桜が咲いたら素敵だろうなぁと思いました。サウナが使えないことやお風呂の入れる時間などの案内がなく残念でした。お部屋の窓から川の流れや山並みがみえるところにカウンターと椅子があってゆっくりできました。
I was very satisfied with the breakfast and dinner.
The open-air bath was lukewarm, but I thought it would be nice if the cherry blossoms bloomed. It was a pity that there was no information about the fact that the sauna could not be used and the time to take a bath. There was a counter and chairs where you could see the river and mountains from the window of the room, so you could relax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To experience traditional Japanese living in the winter and to take a dip in the hot springs. The only thing not Japanese about this place was me. Words cannot describe the homey feel to this place and one can only experience it to understand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place! Beautiful views and wonderful meals. Traditional Japanese meals were served. Dinner had about 12 courses and breakfast a little lesser. Take a look at the picture which will explain everything!
