★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website says nothing about tattoos for pool or onsen, so I called and someone said that they should be ok for the pool. At check in I was told no tattoos in the pool. Room is extremely old and dirty. Looks nothing like the pictures of course.

A big room ( only positive thing), we had huge stains on all of the furniture,
The room was probably a smoking room before so the carpet was full of cigarette holes. And their was hair in the bath.
We slept with clothes on.
Wouldn't recommend even if it was for free!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole property is extremely clean. Everyone who worked at the hotel, especially the waiters in the formal dining room in the evening were exceptionally friendly and accomodating. The ***ager was very professional in dealing with the problems. The staff was very attend us and nice with the kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would go back there asap. Room is spacious. Nice view of the mountains from our hotel room. The roasted sweet potatoes are really yummy. The bath is good, the lazyboy massager is paid in men's bath but free in women's. I appreciate staffs who did best for us.
