★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 札幌のソウルフード、ラムしゃぶが食べられる大阪では数少ないお店です。
お皿に盛られた薄切りのラム肉は、見た目がすごく華やかで芸術的でさえあります。
さっとお湯にくぐらせて特製のタレにつけて食べるとしばらく会話がなくなります?
三元豚のしゃぶしゃぶも、おにぎりも、どれもおいしいのですが、そこはやっぱりラムが一番‼️
食べ放題というのも嬉しい。
そして、もちろんビールはサッポロ。
It is one of the few shops in Osaka where you can eat soul food of Sapporo, lamb shabu.
The sliced lamb on the plate looks very gorgeous and even artistic.
If you put it in hot water and soak it in a special sauce and eat it, you will not have a conversation for a while ?
The shabu-shabu and rice balls of Sangen pork are all delicious, but after all lamb is the best! ️
All-you-can-eat is also nice.
And, of course, beer is Sapporo.

I ordered all-you-can-eat and drink. I am very satisfied. The lamb shabu-shabu with plenty of vegetables was also very delicious, and the Sangen pork, duck, and ramen of 〆 were also the best. Above all, the personality of the manager is the best. It will be a habit!

ですが、10/26から再開だったのですね。
これは去年コロナ禍ですがお店に休業要請が、なかった時に訪問した時の写真です。
早く行きたい！
ラムしゃぶも美味しいですが、何よりも店長(？もっと偉いさんだと思う)の佐々木さんの接客が最高です。
佐々木さん！近々食べに行きますので、お体に気をつけて。
I want to go when the declaration is finally lifted and I can go! I thought it was Hokkai Shabu-shabu.
However, it was restarted from October 26th.

Lamb shabu-shabu is also delicious, but above all, the customer service of the manager (I think he is a bigger one) is the best.
