私達以外のお客さんは1、2組しかいないのにドリンクの提供に10分以上かかったり、ラストオーダー前に頼んだ料理もラストオーダーの時間になってもこないし、やっときたら数や内容が間違っていて、全体的にミスが多くて残念でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 温野菜しゃぶしゃぶ店アカンわ！俺よりあとに来た客を案内するし「お客様が多いためお肉がちょっと待ってもらわないと」って言われたけどえ？俺ってお客様ちゃうん？それに店員の態度が悪いし一皿にお肉が2,3切れぐらいしか入ってないから食った感じがしない！
頼んだお肉じゃないお肉が来たりしてほんまイライラするわ????お肉なかったらご飯進まんやろ！お腹いっぱいならんやろ！お肉来るまで待ってたら腹減ってきた

新人の方だったのか男性の店員さんは一生懸命説明してくださり食事も美味しくいただきました。
セット？で付いているご飯が食事が終わっても出てこず、〆のご飯だったのか、最初から出てくるはずのものだったのかいまだに不明です。
お野菜やお肉は全て食べてしまい、時間も経ってお腹がいっぱいになってしまったので、念のため女性の店員さんに用意しなくて良いと断りの申し入れをしました。特に謝罪も無く上司に相談もしている様子もなかったので、そもそもご飯は付いていなかったのかもしれないのですが、そうであればメニューには記載しないか、もしくは今提供していないと先に教えていただきたかったなと思いました。

席は8割程埋まってる状態でした
食べ物も飲み物も無くなる前に少し余裕をもって注文してるとちょうど良いタイミングで来ます
店内も綺麗ですし味も良く1品系もバラエティ豊かで良かったです
接客も問題無かったです
週末等で特別混雑してる時はわかりませんが初利用の感想としては大変満足でした

予約無しで土曜日の13:00過ぎに行きました。
15分くらい待ったら入れます、との事で待つことに。
店内はそこまで混んでなかったのでコロナ対策で人数を制限しているようでした。
しゃぶしゃぶ温野菜のホームページにはランチがあったので、それを目当てに行ったものの、こちらの店舗では特にやっていないとの事で普通のセットを注文。
しゃぶしゃぶ膳は1700円、追加のご飯（大）は220円でした。
ランチと考えると割高ではありますが、お昼からしゃぶしゃぶが食べれたので、外は寒かったし、ゆっくり落ち着いて座れたし良かった。
注文はタッチパネルにて。
セットメニューのお肉は写真のように3種類です。
食べ放題でなくても、おなかいっぱいになりました。
お野菜が美味しかったです。

I went after 13:00 on Saturday without a reservation.
I decided to wait for about 15 minutes before I could put it in.
The store wasn't so crowded, so it seemed that the number of people was limited by corona measures.
There was lunch on the shabu-shabu on-yasai homepage, so I went there for lunch, but I ordered an ordinary set because I didn't do it at this store.
The shabu-shabu set was 1700 yen, and the additional rice (large) was 220 yen.
It's expensive for lunch, but I was able to eat shabu-shabu from noon, so it was cold outside and I was happy to be able to sit calmly.

The vegetables were delicious.
