★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i was rented this company car a lot of times, but finally today have something trouble in the car also the document but they never say sorry for me also paper problem also in the website picture problem, and this moment the time rent car website photo is perfectly mazuda axelra, so i choose mazuda axelra, but they said u choose m-2 sedan so your car is this Toyota sedan okay?? They said just like this haha:) so i said this picture is mazuda so i was choose that car, but why different with this picture? After that they said just “unfortunately and unfortunately” that’s all.... if one of time rent car staff said is like “sorry for that” only one time, it will be no problem, but no one said, and also they are just scoff something, very rude and also staff mind is like childish, i will never use this company car also, if someone have membership card of time rent car company also reservation in website, someone must get 20% discount but the staff said “u can not you can not~” just like that, if somebody want to rent this company car, should be careful !! I warning you

Next time, for sure I will choose Times Car Rental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a 7 seater with this company as it has the lowest rate and one-way fee was half of other companies. As with other airport location you go to a counter at arrival at Narita and they take you to the ground off site where you pick up the vehicle (~10 min drive away). The car I got was definitely older than what I would have got from manufacturer-operated companies (e.g. Nissan or Toyota) - it has 78000km already and obviously has signs of wear and tear. But staff weregenerally OK though not particularly talkative, and all damages were noted before driving away. No instructions on vehicle operation and I had an older style in-car GPS in semi-translated English so I ended up abandoning it and resorted to Google Map on my phone. Return was at Haneda - it was a breeze and we were dropped off at Departure promptly. Overall I'm satisfied given the price but a slightly newer vehicle would have made it 5 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very good company, and they were very pro.
Be aware of two things:
1. All rental companies will not be located in the airport, means they will have to send a shutel bus, pick u up and take you to there place to hand you over the car. ( 10 min a way ), u can advice them of you existence using their office inter-com located at the arrival, unfortianly they don't pick you where all the ( hotel busses do ) since they are rental company so let him ( on intercom ) explain exactly where to pick you up from the airport, good luck with their limited English.
2. The insurance offered on line website is useless because its pay and claim, bad option , times company offers you their own insurance which covers everything , and u don't have to pay any thing if you make an accident. ( perfect ) like home . So buy the insurance in the office not online.
They upgraded our car from 5 seater to 7 seater , that was amazing.

They upgrade our 5 seater to 7 seater and its comfortable and convenience.
We were traveling around the country leasurly
We planning to returning the car tonight rather than tomorrow morning and let me update with that experience too
Not sure if they can drop us at narita train station
We'll spend two more days in tokyo with public transport
