腕時計の電池交換に出したところ、故障して返ってきました。営業担当が対応したようで「分からない」の一点張り、オーバーホール前提で工場に出したところ修理できず。
他所で見てもらったら、電池交換の際に端子が折られていたと一瞬で分りました。

When I looked at it elsewhere, I instantly found that the terminals were broken when I replaced the battery.
