★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2人店員が居て客が１人で空いていたので、少し質問したいことがあり、１人は笑顔でお客様対応していたので、もう１人のレジでなにか作業している店員に話しかけたところ、作業を止めることなく対応され終いには目も合わせてくれなくなったので、悲しくなり帰らせていただきました。
前に来たときは混んでたけど、どの店員も笑顔で親切に対応してくれたのに、残念でした。
今度はその店員が居ないときに行きます。
As there were two clerks and one customer was vacant, I would like to ask a few questions, and one of them was smiling with customers, so I talked to the other clerk who is working on something at the cash register. By the way, I did not stop my work and was not able to meet my eyes at the end, so I was sad and returned.
I was crowded when I came before, but it was disappointing that every clerk responded with smiles and kindness.
Next time I go when the clerk doesn't exist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こんなに早くて、対応が良いメガネ屋さんはなかなか無いと思います
他店で作ったメガネが壊れてしまったため、急遽メガネを作りに行ったのですが、フレームを選びレジに行ってすぐ検査をしてくれました。
その後、会計をして30分程で出来るということなので待っていると
「この視力で裸眼でいるのは大変だと思い、すぐ作りました」
と、完成したメガネが手元にきました。
フレーム選んでから10分ちょっとでメガネが出来ました。
店員さんの対応もすごく良く、この店をえらんで良かったと思いました

I made glasses in just 10 minutes after selecting the frame.

視力検査やフレームの調整もとても丁寧で、手早くで感心しました。形状によりますが、持ち込みのフレームでもレンズ作成していただけました。とても早くて丁寧で助かりました。
