★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 急な犬の手術に大金がかかる為お家で眠っていたお宝のブランド物を査定していただきました。コンシェルジュの渡邊 誠さんが査定してくださり、背景も考慮して下さり何より渡邊さんの暖かい気持ちと他者よりも良い査定に即決させて頂いきました。思い出の品とのお別れにかなり悲しい思いはしましたが、それも踏まえて渡邊さんは考慮してくださったのでとてもうれしかったです。
 We asked you to assess the treasure brand that was sleeping at home because it costs a lot of money for sudden dog surgery. Mr. Makoto Watanabe of the concierge made an assessment, and after considering the background, I decided to make an immediate decision on Mr. Watanabe's warm feelings and a better assessment than others. I was very sad to say goodbye to the memorable item, but I was very happy because Mr. Watanabe took this into consideration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 貴金属の査定のみで訪問したが、担当杉本氏に本部への確認を含め丁寧に時間をかけ査定してもらえた。査定額について会社HP上の目安との差異を尋ねたところ、再確認してもらえ査定額がアップした。この辺の対応は誠実さが感じられた。平日夕方であったが、来店客が途切れなかった。HPからの来店予約システムがあれば便利かと思う。
I visited only for the assessment of precious metals, but Mr. Sugimoto, who was in charge, took the time to carefully assess it, including confirmation to the headquarters. When asked about the difference between the assessed amount and the guideline on the company website, the assessed amount increased after being reconfirmed. I felt sincerity in the response around here. It was a weekday evening, but the number of customers was uninterrupted. I think it would be convenient if there was a store visit reservation system from HP.
