L	Lucas H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasty set meals ("Teishoku") with a regional element. High quality ingredients and seasonal fare. A slight price premium compared to run-of-the-mill teishoku restaurants, but justified. The buri teriyaki seems popular - was sold out when I visited.

I had fish out on the terrace. The fish was grilled after ordering so it took a bit time but I really appreciated it came out hot an steamy. Definitely a recommendation if you want Japanese food in Harajuku and Omotesando area.

I walked up to the window to check the business hours posted on it, and a staff member using her phone on a seat outside glances up and says “We’re closed.” in a very direct and unfriendly Japanese tone. I asked what time they open from for dinner and she just goes “5:30.” and goes back to her phone. Usually, staff will say “We’ll be looking forward to seeing you” or “Excuse me”, but not her. It seems that staff here are not aware that they represent the business, especially when at it, regardless of the time. It was already 5:15PM but we decided to go elsewhere. One of the few experiences of rudeness at eateries in Japan.
