★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant serves all items with affordable price. However I don't recommend to foreign traveller because all items are junk food. If you want to eat Japanese beef bowl, try to google "高級 牛丼".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Matsuya always be my emergency food. It's everywhere. I love their consistency and variations of sauces they offer to make your food more sweet or more salty or more spicy. Lucky the Matsuya in Tokyo they have English menu on their vending machine. I love their beef rice! It's so good with their price.

The food is very affordably priced, and is perfect for a midnight run/snack for the average tourist going through and experiencing the nightlife of Japan. Strong city pop vibes from this restoraunt, which makes it very interesting.
