何度目のチャレンジかもう分からないが、今日こそはと妻と早起きして整理券を求め訪問。歩いていると良い身なりしたオッちゃんが凄い勢いで後ろから走ってくる。「あれ整理券狙いで必死に走ってたらちょっとおもろいな」と話していたらまさかのその通りで、少しでも人より早く並ぼうと走ってたらしい。土曜の朝から必死すぎだろオジサン…!!まぁそのくらい人気ということです。朝の9時過ぎくらいに現地に訪問し、無事に整理券を手に入れました。
その日の午後に再訪。朝の余裕なしオッちゃんも店内に発見。
ハンバーグは3つ出てきて、焼きたてを目の前の網に置いてもらえる。わんこ蕎麦ならぬわんこハンバーグ。小ぶりなので、3つあってもぺろっと食べられます。1度は行きたいハンバーグ屋です。

次回案内できるのが14:00か夜とのことだったので
14:00の回を予約し渋谷をぶらつく。
そして14:00少し前に再度お店へ
順番に案内されて行き
とうとう中へ
先に券売機で券を購入
お値段は1500円
そしてカウンター席へ
カウンターの引き出しからお絞りを取り出し
セルフサービスのお水と卵を取ってくる。
ハンバーグは1〜3個までもらえるそうなので
もちろん3個を選択
8分ほどで1個目のハンバーグの到着
ご飯の上に乗せてから一口に切りパクリ！
うーん美味しい(^^)
肉の旨味が強い！！
ご飯一杯と共に完食
2個目のハンバーグが来たタイミングでご飯もおかわり！
2個目では特製のソース？タレ？と共にいただきました！
大根おろしとも合っててさっぱり！
こちらも美味しい(^^)
3個目のハンバーグはシンプルに塩胡椒のみにして
卵かけご飯と共に完食！
満足のいくランチでした！
もっとお店が増えて欲しい！

渋谷駅から徒歩5分、
ハンバーグの超人気店、
「挽肉と米 渋谷店」を訪問。
平日の10時頃記帳に行ったところ、
14時で予約できました。
5分前に再訪し、14時10分くらいに入店できました。
ワンメニューの
挽肉と米 1,500円を注文。
90gのハンバーグ3個、ライスお代わり、生卵付き。
10分くらいで1個目のハンバーグが提供されました。
ハンバーグは国産牛で挽きたて焼きたて、
肉の旨味がたっぷり、ジューシーで美味しいです。
ご飯は佐渡島産コシヒカリ、羽釜の炊き立てで
ハンバーグと相性抜群、旨いです。
ハンバーグは大根おろしや他のお供が多数用意
されていますが、そのままが1番好みでした。
玉子の産地は分かりませんが、黄身の弾力が凄くて
濃厚、TKGも旨いです。
ご飯4杯食べて満腹になりながら
最後まで美味しく頂きました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カンブリア宮殿で観てから一度行ってみたかった念願の「挽肉と米」さん！ハンバーグと米だけという潔いメニューが良いですね！
もちろんハンバーグと米もめちゃくちゃ旨かったですし、食べ方がたくさんあり過ぎて良い意味で悩みました！ご飯食べ放題なのは有難いですね！一つだけ残念だったのはオリジナルTシャツを購入したかったのですが、サイズがなく買えなかったことです！
また買いにきます！！ありがとうございました！！！

基本的に昼夜とも事前の整理券取得が必要。(整理券なく訪問して諦めて帰る方多数)
まん防下の土日に訪問。8:15着。8:30前に受付開始で、12時台に複数空きあり(10分間隔で時間指定)。尚、整理券取得で並ぶ際は、代表者1名でOK。時間になったらスタッフが名前と人数、希望時間を確認し、整理券を渡してくれます。その後、指定時間の少し前に行き、場合によっては待つ可能性もありますが、回転率がいいので比較的すぐ入れます。
店舗内のモニターを利用して、メニュー選択し事前精算。チケットを渡して着席。上着やコートをかけるBOXあり。卵1個と水はセルフサービス。
最初はハンバーグ1個目を食べ終えたくらいで2個目を運んできてくれるが、(回転率上げるためか)3個目は2個目を食べてる途中に運ばれてくるw 2個目が出される際に、大根おろしや味変ソース(渋谷限定味噌味)も出してくれる。
肉は粗挽きで肉汁溢れうまい。ご飯は炊きムラがあったりちょっと柔らかいかな。おかわり自由。調味料はいくつか試したが、最初の1個を何もつけずに塩胡椒でそのまま食べるのが一番美味しかった。

夜の部の1番早い17:15に記帳(予約)し再度出直し。
所定の時間にお店に行き中に入ると、店内は綺麗でお洒落な内装でした。
綺麗で清潔感ある飲食店はいいですね！
飲食する際の説明を丁寧にし、とても分かりやすかったです。
5分も待たないうちに、お目当てのハンバーグが登場。
最初はそのまま何もつけずに食べ、2個目はおろしとぽん酢で食べました。
3個目は渋谷限定味噌で食べたり、にんにくで食べたり。
ご飯はお代わり無料なので、4回もお代わりしました。この日は山形のお米?で、ご飯だけでもとても美味しかったです。
整理券は大変ですが、朝活しまた食べたいお店の一つです。
