西洋フーズ運営の食堂です。議員会館は参議院、衆議院第一、第二会館ともにそれぞれ地下一階に食堂があります。利用は議員は勿論、会館で仕事をする職員や入館手続きで入館できた方なら自由に利用できます。キャッシュレス化は全く進んでなく、現金事前払いになります。初花という寿司屋も中にはあり、カウンター席で握り寿司も楽しめます。値段は高くもなく安くもなく普通、味も同様。メニューはラーメン、パスタ、和定食、蕎麦、洋定食、牛丼、中華定食等多彩です。

The price is neither expensive nor cheap, and the taste is the same. The menu is diverse, including ramen, pasta, Japanese set meals, soba, Western set meals, beef bowls, and Chinese set meals.
