★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind of in an awkward place compared to the main shopping/eating area, but it opens way earlier than a lot of other stuff in the neighborhood.
I stopped in for brunch a couple of times. The eggs benedict were just okay (nothing memorable, nothing worthy of complaint). There's a wide selection of baked goods, though, and the latte is worth having.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection of bakery goods, lots of chocolate flavored food, and priced just right. The downside was that I found their cookies to be extremely hard, even in the center. Their hot chocolate was the best I've tasted so far at a cafe in Tokyo. You have to ask for the WiFi password and somehow I couldn't connect to it with my laptop. My phone had issues as well as getting the IP address checked, so I ended up just tehtreing my phone to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fantastic cafe and really nice simple options for breakfast such as a simple egg&bacon or the Egg Benedict option...good sandwiches and pastries as well, the cafe lost marks with me due to the snooty staff that don't seem to care about their job or you as a customer ...shame

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic. Every bit as good as the NYC locations. The pretzel croissant continues to be my favorite baked good in the world, and their breakfast menu is also great. I come here every time I'm in Tokyo (and go to the NYC location everytime I'm in New York).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful variety of bread, pastries and sandwiches. Good coffee and the french toast with bacon was yummy. I definitely like this Hiroo location best compared to Shinagawa and Ginza as it's small and quiet.
2020 Update:
After the reopening, they don't have a food menu anymore. Just coffee and bakery items. The eat-in area is pretty much the same as before.
