★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Closed second weekend of each month. Formerly a coffeeshop around the corner (Caffe Appassionato), now a van. Can get takeout sandwiches and good coffee. They do have soy milk, which I appreciate. Had salmon avocado sandwich- warm and good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding fresh coffee and food. There are chairs and tables next to the van so you can watch people near Hiroo's main intersection. They have a point card too. Many customers come here for coffee every day. Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend trying this place.
