Brownie with ice cream is highly recommend! ?
Overall good place to hangout with friends, colleagues after a long tiring week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's sort of amusing that TGI in the US or even UK is famous for over-the-top friendly howdy doodee service, which sort of justifies the price. Here its impersonal robotic service from depressed Japanese teenagers. Didn't deserve the service charge let alone any optional tip.

a. Hostess couldn't find my reservation
b. Order of Signature Triple Combo took almost forty minutes to arrive
c. Found an uncooked fry
d. The triple was actually a double - Ribs and Chicken
e. Chicken was badly pink & undercooked
Answer? ALL of the above.
To be fair, the manager apologized a lot, remade the chicken, and took the order off my bill. The sauce was also fire! Still, won't come back to this branch for a while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very busy restaurant at night, there was a line waiting for a table ... the order took more than 20 minutes, and they forgot an order, for more than 30 minutes, this error was corrected and the manager apologized many times for the delay and the mistake when writing the order .... they were very nice reheating our meals ... well worth the wait, the food was so delicious ...
