★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here for a company event, the whole place smells like feet and sweat, it is not a very old facility, which is strange for Japan because it is known for its cleaness. There is no smoking on the floor, but frankly speaking it could probably make it smell better. The lanes are overly oiled as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frustrating experience with staff. It was our first time there and we asked how things worked. We were given very little information to start but had staff continually come to our lane making corrections like using the wrong weight ball. This experience could have been easily improved by giving better initial instructions.
