さ	さかと on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ソフトシェルクラブのカレーを食べましたが、カニのエラが取れておらず下処理も甘いのかとても臭いし美味しくないし残念です。サラダがなくなったり選べるメニューも徐々に少なくなったり、行くたびにサービスや料理のグレードが落ちているのは気のせいでしょうか… I ate a soft shell crab curry, but I couldn't get the crab gills. It's a pity that the pretreatment is also sweet, it smells very bad and it's not delicious. The salads are gone, the menus you can choose are gradually decreasing, Is it due to the fact that the service and food grades are getting worse every time I go?

P	P O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最低です。星一つもあげたくありません。まん防の為時短営業もあり、急いで夜ご飯を済ませないとと選んでる中、美味しそうだなとここを選びました。中に入ろうとすると順番にお待ちくださいと外に出されるが、外の待ち席の先頭ではなく最後尾に3人ほど座っていました。はじめはただ休憩としか思わない3人組にも関わらず、あちらが先なのでと言われ、ならば先頭に並ばせてご案内するべきではないのかとまず不信感。案内され店内に入りラストオーダー前のためすぐに決め注文。自分の料理が先に来ましたが何分経っても連れの料理は来ず自分の料理が食べ終わるまで何もないままホールスタッフもキッチンも片付けに必死で店内のことなど気にもせず 1人のスタッフが料理が来てないことに気づきキッチンに確認し今から作ると説明されるも、こちらも急いでたため料理は諦めました。閉店間際とはいえ、早く帰りたいのもわかりますが、こちらもラストオーダーまでに入店しパパッと食事を済ませて帰ろうとしてる中、ミスが続き適当に対応されると頭に来ます。最後まで1人の女性スタッフが謝罪してくれましたが店の教育が全く行き届いていません。自分も経営者ですがスタッフ教育の監督不届きに驚きが隠せませんでした。もう2度と利用する事はありません。 It's the worst. Even though the store is about to close, I understand that I want to go home early, but as I enter the store by the last order and try to finish my meal and go home, I come to my mind when mistakes continue and it is dealt with appropriately. One female staff member apologized until the end, but the store is not well educated. I am also a manager, but I was surprised at the lack of supervision of staff education. I will never use it again.
