guess they stopped buffet due to corona virus matters.
very nice foods and friendly stuff. they served face mask folder for each table. thought it was nice service.
over seS business partner were always love to.visit here and stay in tokyo dorm hotel.much.gratitude for all good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to have lunch with a scenic view over Tokyo. This seems to be a place that has been visited by celebrities from all over the world.
I’m a finicky eater & they adjusted the meal to my liking. Plus they have cranberry juice.
The staff was attentive, friendly, & gave info on each dish with the course.

But don't come here if you are hungry, it will just leave you graving for more :-)
I got the bigger portion of the pasta ( Omori) and it was just enough to not make me feel hungry right now, but will probably have to eat something later once more.
Ladies and kids might be alright with the volume, but for guys the portions are too small.
Presentation style and setting is beautiful.
If they change the lighting near the windows, you could actually take awesome night shots of Tokyo from any angle.
So I suggest to go there when you are not really hungry or you prefer a special setting or just use the artists bar on the same floor near the entrance area.
