★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the place. The people who manage the place is very friendly and full of energy. And they are both can speak english. They are not like the other japanese i met here in hakuba. Highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome gym, really friendly staff. Everything you need, BB squat rack, bench etc. SBD friendly and plenty of cable and weight plate loaded machine. Good studio floor area too. Highly recommend. Paid 5,000 yen for a week pass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really friendly staff. Large studio area for classes, stretching or body weight exercise. Lots of (old but working) resistance machines, cardio machines (including treadmills, bikes and steppers). The free weights selection is good (dumbells max 25kg), and 4 or 5 barbells with plenty of heavy weight plates. Quite tight on space in weights area but not a problem to work around. Just finished big back session and feeling pumped!! Have bought a 2 month membership for winter season for 12,000 yen.
