たまに釣りをしている人も見かけます。
 There is a beautiful paved road where you cannot drive a car directly from the road, making it ideal for practicing bicycles and skateboarding.
I sometimes see people fishing.

向かい側に無料の広い駐車場、トイレもあり。
お手軽に家族で弁当を持ってきて、とかが良さそう。
海沿いなので、釣りも良いかも？
You can relax in the long and narrow park.
There is also a large free parking lot and toilet on the other side.
It would be nice to bring a lunch with your family easily.
Since it is by the sea, fishing may be good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ツーリング中のトイレ休憩で必ず寄ります。松島湾が綺麗に観れて、混雑もなくいい所です。
Be sure to stop by during the restroom break during touring. It is a nice place where you can see Matsushima Bay beautifully and there is no congestion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 海に入る事はできそうにありませんね。風のマルシェでは、ソフトクリームとコーヒーが購入できそうですが、朝早い訪問でしたので、開店日時は確認できませんでした。
It seems unlikely that you can enter the sea. I could buy soft serve ice cream and coffee at Kaze no Marche, but I couldn't confirm the opening date as it was an early visit.

今年は天気が悪く拝めませんでしたが、とても好きな場所です。
We are visiting as a spot for the first sunrise of the year without being crowded.
I couldn't worship because of bad weather this year, but I like it very much.
