店頭で対応した年配の女性は、最初から頭ごなしに客をあしらうような態度、いらっしゃいませも言わず目も合わせずに、靴とお金を出して、まるでお引き取り下さいという態度。
我慢できませんでしたが、敬語を使い表情が険しくならないようにキズが増えてる件を伝えると、「そんな事はない」「うちはそんな事しません」の一点張り、「別に弁償しろとは言わない、せめてもう少し利用者に対して、訴えを聞く耳を持ってほしい、直せなかったと連絡をくれても良かったんじゃないか」と伝えても、ウロウロしながら手を止めずに知らん顔。
もう二度と利用しないけど、預ける前に写真撮っておいた方がいいかもしれません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ズボンの寸法直しを５本お願いしましたが、５本とも一回履いたくらいでベルト通し部分がほどけてしまい、ポケットに手を入れただけで糸が切れて割けてしまい、とにかく耐久性という面では最悪です。普段着るスーツなのですが、そんなに腫れ物に触るような着方をしなければならないような縫製ではとてもビジネスには使えません。もう絶対にここには持って来ないです。
