和菓子の基本的セオリーのクオリティが高いからこそ可能になり輝く独自性。よその和菓子とは一線を画している。
丁寧に作ってあるのがよく分かる。
残念なことに、スタッフの感じの悪さが美味しさを半減させる。
再訪は微妙。悩ましい限り。

個人的な感想になりますが、黒蜜付なのでわらび餅の甘さをもう少し控えて欲しい気がしました。
コシと粘りのある食感、最高でした。
Warabimochi is a delicious restaurant.
It's a personal impression, but since it comes with black honey, I wanted to reduce the sweetness of the warabi mochi.
The chewy and sticky texture was the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私も好きな中山店でしたが、2021年12月末で閉店します。という貼り紙が。いま店の前、通ってももう営業してませんでした。本店の上白根店の出来立ての、お赤飯が最高に美味しいですよ。
I also liked the Nakayama store, but it will close at the end of December 2021. There is a sticker called. Even though I went to the store right now, it wasn't open anymore. The freshly made red rice from the Kamishirane store in the main store is the most delicious.
