少し遠回りになりますが、北口なら東急前の公衆トイレ横にあるエレベーターから、南口は警察署右側にあるエレベーターでグリーンライン改札フロアに行き、北口に出るエレベーターに乗り換えると、エレベーターがある地下改札に行けます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ズーラシア下車駅のひとつです。バスは南口階段を下りて左奥になります（土日祝は並んでいますのでわかります）タクシー乗り場はスペースの関係上道を渡って真ん中になります。ズーラシア正門までおよそ１８００円位です（２０００円目安と思えばいいです）他の最寄り駅は鶴ヶ峰駅か三ツ境駅になります。どちらも相鉄線ですので（埼京線直通でない限り）横浜駅から乗り換えに時間がかかります。京浜東北線で東神奈川駅乗り換え（隣のホームで楽）運が良ければ桜木町発があり横浜からそのまま行けます。（黄緑色のラインの電車です）
