この日、お昼は麺（ラーメン シロクロ）だったので、夜はご飯ものと決めていました。
と、なると、今は美味しいチャーハンを探し求めている食べ日記さん。今回は行ったことのないお店の中から、秋田市寺内にある｢喰べちゃいな」さんにお邪魔しました。
喰べちゃいな炒飯（税込900円）
赤いかけらが気になる…
これは外側が赤いチャーシューかな？
調べたら、赤いチャーシューは、広東風チャーシューらしいです。
付属のスープは旨味があって、とても美味しかったです！次は麺類を試してみたいと思いました(^^)

When I looked it up, the red char siu seems to be Cantonese-style char siu.
The included soup was delicious and very delicious! Next time I wanted to try noodles (^^)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開店当時から利用していますが、一時期は行列のできるお店でした。四川料理ベースなので麻婆豆腐など全体的に辛めです。ランチメニューはレバニラ炒めが一番人気でしょうか⁉️個人的にはここのラーメンは大好きです。葱だけでは無い薬味の浮いたスープに細麺が秀逸です‼️醤油と担担麺 つけ麺がお奨めです。麻婆麺と四川麺は辛めですから気合いが⁉️必要です?餡掛け焼きそばもお奨めですけど、注文は空いている時が良いかも⁉️醤油ラーメンとミニ麻婆丼をよく食べていましたが値上がりしてからはランチメニューが多くなりました。

Ankake fried noodles are also recommended, but it may be better if the order is empty ⁉️ I often ate soy sauce ramen and mini mapo bowl Since then, the lunch menu has increased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 勉強会の後のお昼ご飯。麻婆豆腐が食べたくて、こちらに初訪問。
オーダーはもちろん「麻婆豆腐ランチ」です。日曜日もランチやってるのは助かりますね。
全体的にボリュームのあるランチ。麻婆豆腐は辛味が少なく、甘めの味付け。辛いのが苦手な方やお子様も十分楽しめます。餡は少し硬めで、丼やラーメンにも合わせたとものと思われます。
あんかけ焼きそばも有りましたので、次回はそちらを頼んでみたいと思います(^ ^)

シュウマイランチ等も。
辛い好きにはいいですが、辛いの苦手な非とは前もってマスターへ相談したらいいと思います。
レバニラも、美味しいです。
駐車場は目の前は３台くらいしか停めれませんが、斜め向かいの公園の駐車場に数台停めれます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日替わりメニューの四川八宝菜をいただきました。ご飯は一杯まで無料でおかわりができます。メニューも盛り方等、気をつけられていて清潔感があり、もちろん味は申し分なく四川風の辛さが堪能できて美味しい。店の中は綺麗で落ち着いて食べられます。いろいろ日替わりメニューを試してみたい。
