★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 個室で落ち着けます。今回はコースを頂いたので、次は色々な料理を食べてみたいです。
お刺身がもう少しあると良かったかな…1人１切れもないのはどうかなと思いました。追加でお寿司を別注しました。
 Settle in a private room. Since I had a course this time, I would like to try various dishes next time.
I wish I had a little more sashimi... I wondered if there isn't one piece of sashimi. We additionally ordered sushi.

八海山と言うだけあって
八海山の種類は豊富でした
が、、
とにかく出てくるのが遅すぎる
土曜日ということもあるとは思うが
ビール頼んで出てきたのも15分後くらい
料理はその10分後くらい
頼んだ料理も盛るだけのメニューであるのに
バイトの子少ないのか、2人くらいが
イライラしながら配膳してました。
それがすごーく態度に出てて
良い気分ではありませんでした
自分は２回目はないかな

こんにゃくの小鉢、卵焼きみたいな厚揚げ、カツオの叩き？、唐揚げ、ポテトととても美味しかったです！！
特にポテトは塩が効いて、一番美味しかったです！

飲み放題でしたが、頼んでから時間おいて持ってきてもらえるので、酔わなくてすみました！！途中からビールはピッチャーでの提供になり、冷たくないビールなのでお腹も冷えないので、健康的！とても良いお店です^ - ^

It was all-you-can-drink, but I didn't get drunk because I could bring it after a while after asking! !! Beer will be served on the pitcher from the middle, and since it is a beer that is not cold, the stomach will not get cold, so it is healthy! It's a very good shop ^-^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いい評価ばかりあり期待して行きましたが最悪でした。今まで評価の悪いところに行ったこともありますが、ここまで不快に感じたのは初めてです。
牡蠣のおかわりをしたところ長い爪の女子大生が素手で入れていて不快に感じました。
また言われた通りに蒸していると焦げてきたらしく店員に『2度目はないので』と言ってきてまた1から蒸しなおす羽目に。こちらも不手際があったのかもしれませんが、店員が日本酒を追加で入れていなかったためだと思われるので、100％こちらが悪いとするのはいかがなものかと思います。
また、長い爪の店員がお会計を待っているにも関わらず別の人のお会計に行き、10分ぐらい待たされました。別にそれはいいのですが、お待たせしましたやお待ちくださいも言えないのは常識を疑います。
こんな不快な思いをしたのにサービス料取られました。記載があればいいのですが、大して美味しくないのに店員の態度が悪い、などサービス料を取られるに値しない対応であったと思います
今回は『こういうお店もあるんだなと』勉強代として目を瞑ることにしますが、改善できるところは改善していってほしいと思います。店自体はとても雰囲気がいいので、店員の態度が悪いのが目立ちます。

Also, even though a clerk with long nails was waiting for the checkout, he went to another person's checkout and waited for about 10 minutes. That's fine, but I doubt common sense that I can't say "I'm sorry to have kept you waiting" or "Please wait".
Even though I had such an unpleasant feeling, I was charged a service fee. It would be nice if there was a description, but I think that it was not worth the service fee, such as the clerk's attitude was bad even though it was not very delicious.
This time, I will close my eyes as a study fee, "I think there are shops like this", but I would like you to improve where you can improve. The atmosphere of the store itself is very nice, so it is noticeable that the clerk's attitude is bad.

食べ物、飲み物どちらも提供が遅かったです。
20時頃に刺し盛り5種を頼みましたが、3種しかなく天麩羅料理も品切れ。
また通常の飲み放題プランでは発泡酒のみ、日本酒はなしです。
プレミアムプランにて生ビールが飲めますが、「生ビール」で注文すると、のどごし生で来ました。一番搾りと伝えないと分からないみたいです。
プランの把握と、注文の確認はして欲しかったですね。
店舗に対してスタッフが6名程度、人手不足な感じも。調理するスタッフも恐らく少ないのでは…。
料理は広島では見かけないメニューで新潟のへぎ蕎麦や栃尾揚げとかはいいなとは思ったのですが。
サービスが残念でした。

I ordered 5 kinds of sashimi around 20:00, but there are only 3 kinds and the tempura dishes are out of stock.
Also, with the regular all-you-can-drink plan, there is only low-malt beer and no sake.
You can drink draft beer with the premium plan, but when you order with "draft beer", it comes raw. It seems that you can't understand unless you tell it to be the most squeezed.
I wanted you to understand the plan and confirm the order.
There are about 6 staff members in the store, and it feels like there is a shortage of manpower. Perhaps there are few staff to cook ...
The food is a menu that I don't see in Hiroshima, and I thought that Niigata's Hegi soba noodles and Tochio fried food were good.
The service was disappointing.
