ヨ	ヨッパのホッシー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内は明るい木目調の落ち着いた雰囲気。テーブル席しかないが、一人で楽しんでいるかたもおられる。赤枠の短冊メニューがたくさん並んでいたがスッキリとなくなり、テーブルにあるメニューを眺める。奥のショーケースに刺身類が冷やしてあり、好みのおつまみを選ぶことが可能。季節の魚が並び大きな身のシャコに悩むが「キビナゴ」と「トリガイの貝ヒモ」「カツオのタタキ」「イカ刺身」「シャコ」を選ぶ。作り置きながらキビナゴはとても新鮮で生ビールが進む。キリンサワーをおかわりしてトリガイの貝ヒモをつまむ。身はシコシコとしてとてもおいしい。イカ刺身、カツオのタタキ、シャコも安定感があって美味しい。朝から飲めるお店だが定食も充実しており、ランチを楽しむかたも多い。いつ行ってもお客の出入りが多い人気店だった。 The inside of the store has a calm atmosphere with bright wood grain. Seasonal fish are lined up and I'm worried about big mantis shrimp, but I choose "Kibinago", "Trigai shellfish string", "Katsuo tataki", "Squid sashimi" and "Mantis shrimp". The silver-stripe round herring is very fresh and the draft beer goes on while making it. Instead of Kirin Sour, pinch the Trigger shellfish string. The body is very delicious as chewy. Squid sashimi, bonito tataki, and mantis shrimp are also stable and delicious. K	Kawamoto Tom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 緊急事態宣言で居酒屋さんはホントに大変でした。どうにか念願叶って数年ぶりの訪問となった「源蔵本店」。とにかく営業してくれててありがとうございます。 2022年2月22日に訪問。広島の厳しい「まん防」が明けて営業再開しておりました。うれしい限りです。恐らく「まん防」が完全に解除になるまでは、7時ラストオーダー、7時半閉店みたいです。「三和桜、純米吟醸」（300mL）や「酔心、橅のしずく」（180ｍL）など、結構、良いところを選別した広島の地酒も揃えています。 The izakaya was really hard because of the state of emergency. "Gensou Honten" was my first visit in a few years after my wish came true. Thank you for opening the business anyway. Visited on February 22, 2022. After the strict "Manbo" in Hiroshima, the business was reopened. As far as I'm happy. Probably, it seems that the last order at 7 o'clock and the store closes at 7:30 until "Manbo" is completely canceled.
