★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜遅くまで営業していることもあり、オープン当初からちょくちょく利用させていただいていたのですが
昨日、寒かったこともありラーメンでも食べて温まろうとしたのですが
ラーメンのスープもぬるく、店内が冷え切っているため全く温まることも出来ず冷えた体でお店を出ることになりました。
コロナ禍で換気の都合などもあるとは思いますが、カウンター席は風通りも良い為か非常に寒かったです。
店員が入れ替わったためか他の方も掛かれていますが接客態度も悪くなったと思います。特に今回利用時は後から来たお客さんの方が先に提供されており、作るの忘れていたのでは？と思うほど提供が遅かったです。
もう行くことはないでしょう・・・

I think that the customer service attitude has also deteriorated, although other people are also hanging, probably because the clerk has changed. Especially when using this time, the customer who came later was provided first, so maybe I forgot to make it? The offer was so late that I thought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豚骨醤油ラーメンを味薄めで注文しました。着丼してすぐに色が白いと感じました。(写真1枚目)スープを飲んでも麺を食べても豚骨風味しかしませんでした。丼の下からかき混ぜてもほぼ無味でした。
連れ合いが食べてる豚骨塩ラーメン味薄めのスープをひと口いただきました。(写真2枚目)私個人的には少ししょっぱいなと思うくらいで、食べやすく美味しかったです。
連れ合いに私の豚骨醤油ラーメンのスープをひと口飲んでもらいましたが、無味だとの返事でした。
初めて行くお店なので、何が標準か分かりませんし、コロナ禍なのに口をつけたものを店員さんに味見させることもできず、卓上の餃子用の醤油をかけて食べました。
I ordered pork bone soy sauce ramen with a light taste. Immediately after I put it on, I felt the color was white. (1st photo) Even if I drank soup or noodles, it only had pork bone flavor. It was almost tasteless even if I stirred it from under the bowl.
I had a bite of the pork bone salt ramen-flavored soup that my companion was eating. (2nd photo) I personally thought it was a little salty, and it was easy to eat and delicious.
I asked my companion to take a sip of my pork bone soy sauce ramen soup, but he answered that it was tasteless.
It's my first time to go to this restaurant, so I don't know what the standard is, and I couldn't let the clerk taste what I had in my mouth even though it was a corona, so I ate it with soy sauce for dumplings on the table.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 男性店員が2名明るく元気に迎えてくれました。床もヌルヌルしてなくて清潔感ありました。
接客も丁寧で気持ちが良かったです！
初来店だったので味玉ラーメンをお好み全部ふつうで注文しました。一般的な家系ラーメンより麺は硬めで太めでしたので、硬めが好きな方は普通でも良いと思います。味は抜群においしかったです。
帰る際はホールの店員さんが小走りでお客さん一人一人追いかけ、外までお見送りしてくださってとても心が温まりました。
悪い評判がいくつか目につきましたが全然そんなことなかったです。また行きます

Since this was my first visit to the store, I usually ordered all the Ajitama ramen that I liked. The noodles were harder and thicker than the general Iekei ramen, so if you like hard noodles, you can use normal noodles. The taste was outstandingly delicious.
When I returned, the clerk in the hall sprinted to chase after each customer and sent me off to the outside, which made my heart warm.
I saw some bad reviews, but none at all. I will go again

名古屋で渋滞につかまりかなりのタイムロス。
こんなこともあろうかと予め調べておいた遅くまで営業中のラーメン屋に入ります。
浜松市の家系ラーメン店「麺匠家 西伊場店」です。
POPやTシャツには「うるさくてすいません」の文字があるものの、商店系の店舗にはありがちな声量で特段気になるものではありません。
と思ったら謎のタイミングで店員全員が奇声をあげ始めた。
券売機で豚骨醤油ラーメン(並)700円を注文、
いつも通り固め濃いめ少なめでオーダー。

かなりの醤油先行形で醤油の濃さがガツンと来ます。
ただスープの味がペラペラである故にその醤油の濃さに慣れてしまえば大して旨味も感じません。
濃いめとか言っといて甘ったるいスープを出す店よりは全然好感が持てるんだけど、まぁ店炊きをしないなら限界があるか。
スープが少なく麺が短いのもいつもの話。
こういう店ってハズレることはないからそこは好きなんですけどね。
いや､全てがハズレという人もいるでしょうが、
自分は壱系もなんだかんだで好きです。
ごちそうさまでした。

入店時の男性スタッフは3人。
連れの食券購入を待っている時、先に席にご案内してくださいました。
そして、ラーメンを持って来てくださった店員さんは紙エプロンが必要かどうかも聞いてくれました。
結局私はエプロンは使いませんでしたが、そのような心遣いが大変嬉しかったです！
少なくとも、ここの口コミに書かれているような出来事や思いはしませんでした。
(もしかしたら私がそのようなスタッフの方に会っていないだけかもしれませんが)
注文したラーメンは味玉ラーメン。
麺の固さも味付けもオーダー通りで大変美味しかったです。
お店も清潔でまた行きたいなと思えるラーメン屋さんでした。

There are 3 male staff at the time of entering the store.
When I was waiting for my companion to buy a meal ticket, he guided me to my seat first.
And the clerk who brought me the ramen asked me if I needed a paper apron.

At least, I didn't think of any events or thoughts as described in the reviews here.

The ramen I ordered is Ajitama ramen.
The firmness and seasoning of the noodles were as ordered and very delicious.
The shop was clean and I wanted to go there again.

ここのラーメン屋も、何度か来た事があります
太麺ってあまり好きではない方なんだけど、ここのは凄い美味しいと思う。
スープも美味しいんだけど、さらに濃厚にしたくて、テーブルに置いてあるニンニクをさらに入れて食べてます。
なので美味しさがアップ⤴️⤴️
本当にここのラーメンは大好きです?

I don't really like thick noodles, but I think it's really delicious here.
The soup is delicious, but I want to make it even richer, so I add more garlic on the table and eat it.
