★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マンション自体は良い環境だとおもいます。ただ、管理会社の富士物産。何も対応しない。管理費は取るけど管理しない。退去の立ち会いに来ない。必ず立ち合いが必要とのことで引っ越し先からわざわざ行ったのにすっぽかされた。清掃代はしっかり請求されたけど、こんな会社の請求は恐らくぼったくり。今後も富士物産が管理する物件には絶対住まない。
 I think the condominium itself is a good environment. However, the management company Fuji Bussan. Nothing is supported. I take the management fee but do not manage it. I don't come to witness the move out. I was told that I had to be present, so I went all the way from my new address, but I was disappointed. The cleaning fee was billed firmly, but the bill from such a company was probably rip-off. I will never live in a property managed by Fuji Bussan.
